This is an educational seminar held in a classroom style. Each guest will have a placemat with five components of the individual wines that make up the Catena Alta Malbec. Learn about Mendoza, and how the different altitudes, soils, microclimates, etc. effect each of the different components despite that they are all the same clone, vintage and vinified the same way. You will then taste the Alta Malbec and have the opportunity to create your own blend of Catena Alta Malbec. Stay for dinner after for our Cru night and enjoy special menu pairings with the fabulous Argentino Catena wine. (not included in ticket price).
